How to use?

ADULTS AND ADOLESCENTS 11 YEARS AND OVER: Take 2 to 3 tablets once daily with water or fruit juice. MAXIMUM DAILY DOSE: 3 tablets. Take two (2) or three (3) times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. Take a single dose at bedtime. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. CHILDREN UNDER 11 YEARS OF AGE: Consult a physician. DURATION OF USE: Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 7 days.

Active: 8.6 mg of standardized sennosides (as calcium sennosides) (Cassia angustifolia or C. acutifolia)

Inactive: Croscarmellose Sodium, Dibasic Calcium Phosphate Dihydrate, Hypromellose, Magnesium Stearate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, and Mineral Oil.
