How to use?

(Adults and Children over 12 years) Take 1 or 2 tablets every 4 hours as needed . Take at least 30 minutes, and preferably 1 or 2 hours, before traveling. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours


(Children 6 to 12 years): Take ½ or 1 tablet every 6 to 8 hours as needed. Take at least 30 minutes, and preferably 1 or 2 hours, before travelling. Do not take more than 3 tablets in 24 hours.
