How to use?

Apply a thin layer to the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily. To ensure Icy Hot Pro Pain Relief Dry Spray is right for you, always read and follow the label.

Adults and Adolescents 12 years and older: For external use only. Spray thinly and evenly to affected area up to 3-4 times per day. Allow a minimum of 2-3 hours between applications. Close cap tightly after use. Adolescents 12-18 years of age, application should be supervised by an adult.
