How to use?

Directions: Adults, do not drive or use machinery for 5 hours after taking melatonin. Place tablet under tongue for 30 seconds before swallowing. Sleep restriction/altered sleep schedule, delayed sleep phase disorder and sleep-wake cycle: Take one (1) tablet per day, at or before bedtime. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Jet lag: Take one (1) tablet per day at bedtime after darkness has fallen, while travelling, and at destination until adaptation to the new daily pattern. For occasional short-term use.
