How to use?

Recommended dosage (adults): 3 capsules daily or as directed by a physician. Children 1 year & older: 1 capsule daily or as directed by a physician. For young children, open capsule and mix the contents with liquid or food. Take at least 2–3 hours before or after antibiotics.
