  • Deli meats, salty meats (ham), smoked meats, fried meats, and sauces made with meat juices.

Eggs:

  • Fried eggs.

Fruits:

  • Citrus fruits and juice, whole tomatoes and juice.

Vegetables:

  • Onions, fried or spicy vegetables.

Bread and Cereals:

  • No restrictions.

Dairy Products:

  • Cheeses with spices or seeds.

Desserts and Sweets:

  • Chocolate and mint.

Beverages:

  • Hot beverages, caffeine, alcohol, and soft drinks.

Miscellaneous:

  • High-sodium or spicy soups or bouillons, spices.

Additionally, it is advisable to consume small portions at a slow pace. Avoid smoking, wearing tight clothing, and chewing gum. Engage in light activities after meals, and refrain from eating 2-3 hours before bedtime.
